Set up PSD Teams

This takes about two minutes. You’ll need the MySQL database details from your hosting control panel (in cPanel: “MySQL Databases”).

Server check

Everything PSD Teams needs is in place.

✓ PHP 8.1 or newer (you have 8.3.36)
✓ PDO MySQL extension
✓ mbstring extension
✓ OpenSSL extension
✓ fileinfo extension (file uploads)
✓ "config" folder is writable
✓ "storage" folder is writable

Website address

Used in email links. We’ve filled in the address you’re on now.

Site address

Database

Create an empty database and a user with all privileges in your control panel first. On cPanel the names start with your account name, for example acme_teams.

Database host Almost always “localhost”. Port Database name Database user

Database password

Your group and first admin

You’ll be the first group admin, with access to every business.

Group name Main time zone Your name Your email

Password At least 10 characters.

First business

Add the others afterwards from Group admin › Businesses. Each business gets its own colour.

Add two example boards and a welcome broadcastHandy for a first look. Delete them whenever you like.
